I was in Norway during July and I was using the Flyt pass with a eletronic windshield tag on the car and that’s how I have paid all the tolls during the trip.
Today I received this bill and I am wondering if it is legit, does it seams familiar? Is it a proper way to charge for tolls?
My information and car plate is correct but I don’t even understand from which road this would be. At that time I was somewhere around Insfijorden.
On flytpass there is no charge on that day and there is no pending payments.

Its not written in Norwegian, that’s for sure.
Rest looks sort of legit, but I couldn’t tell.
Try to contact them and provide the billing information. If this is legit it’s for sure in their systems.
It’s for the private road to [Mardalsfossen](https://www.google.com/maps/@62.474985,8.1736975,3a,28.8y,273.94h,88.33t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1s6RZ_wW2h525UAjIP05kfDA!2e0!6shttps:%2F%2Fstreetviewpixels-pa.googleapis.com%2Fv1%2Fthumbnail%3Fpanoid%3D6RZ_wW2h525UAjIP05kfDA%26cb_client%3Dmaps_sv.tactile.gps%26w%3D203%26h%3D100%26yaw%3D183.01921%26pitch%3D0%26thumbfov%3D100!7i13312!8i6656?authuser=0&entry=ttu). Norgesbom is a provider of toll systems for private roads in Norway. Flytpass is for toll on public roads.
Never experienced this myself, but it seems legit. Looks like a system used for private roads and parkings.
For 200 NOK I hope the road was paved in gold. A big portion is probably invoice fee since it wasnt payed at [youpark.no](https://youpark.no) within 48 hours.
Did you park somewhere and forgot paying before leaving?
