Hello, I’m going to Sofia this Wednesday to see a car that I’m interested to buy.
Searching more information possible I found the site of the Ministry of Interior and from there you are able to check if the car insurance of a plate is expired or not.
I had a result but I cannot understand what does it means the table with “Series” and “Number”
I cannot find any reference of that on google, if someone can help me trying to understand that I will be very grateful.
I blurred the numbers because I don’t know the meaning (maybe is something sensible, idk)
