I’m preparing for my theoretical driving exam tomorrow (today). I’m using theorieexamen.nl for practice. Is this question outdated? According to the answer the shoulder/side of the road *is* part of the road. However, when searching for this matter online, I find that ‘Het Hof’ has ruled in 2016 that parking prohibitions do not apply to a ‘berm’.
Does this mean that nowadays the berm should be seen as a separate construction?
And does anybody know whether such a question could be asked at the theory exam?
