Be interesting to see if there’s any enforcement. Recently went to CUMH, there are numerous signs telling you to turn off your engine while in the queue for parking. Far as I could tell, I was the only one who did it.
Should be everywhere in every major city in Ireland.
They will be _encouraged_ according to the article. Don’t see it being _enforced_. Putting up some signs will cause more people to turn off their cars so I guess it can’t be a bad thing.
Why is idling such a problem in UCC? Is there a reason it’s more prevalent in a university than anywhere else?
