Stonehaven crash: Network Rail fined £6.7m over fatal derailment

  1. From the facts that came out yesterday, part of the reason they were found or pled guilty was because they hadn’t properly inspected a drain which was built by an outside contractor before it was handed over to them.

    The drain was shoddily constructed and not up to purpose, constructed by Corrilion.

    Now, where have we heard of them before?
