That’s quite funny because in Germany there are (not many) discussions about stopping the D-Ticket in 2024. Also, it’s very likely that the Ticketprice will increase in next year. Hence the name Deutschlandticket and not 49€ Ticket…
Who would think that making public transport affordable would be a success and people would like and use it?

In other news, Dutch trains getting more expensive because not enough people go by train.
Good. More of this please. If France wants to stop people from taking the plane, then they should have cheap rail passes like these to make rail travel cheaper than flying.
