I used to live there. Thought the rent was expensive then!
Mate a mine is in them, went there after a gig was pretty nice 😁
i pee off my balcony
Flatlantis
Ah, xanaxland. Be careful around there.
My friend bought one, the bottom (part in water) is eroding away and the bill is to be footed by the residents i believe.
Look really cool, but water damage is just going to eat away at them over the years, 100% going to be underwater by the end of the century.
That was the last site I worked on back in to 90s before changing to a career in IT.
Rrrrrrrriddled with damp and mould.
Lived top floor on the one out of shot on the right. The whole place smells like a manky mop and you’ve black mould in every single room and all the halls.
They fucked these things up and I haven’t been in any of the offices but I’m told it’s the same there.
These will all be pulled down eventually.
An actual health risk it’s crazy the money they go for both rental and for sale.
Capillary action!! Imagine architects never hearing about that.
All apartments in Dublin are cool. There is so few of them…
