I think the big difference is that this time Russia did not only greenlighted but is orchestrating this as a part of a larger project to overthrow the Armenian government. There are insider rumors that Russia has small “insurgency group” in Armenia that is ready to stage a coup and take power. Russia also has agents in the Armenian National Security Service high ranking police officers, which would attempt to help. The probability of success is low, that’s why they want Azerbaijan to invade the country at the same time. Russia went from a mediator to a guy who will close his eyes to azeri aggressions to a guy who is waging hybrid war against Armenia.
Is Western media REALLY saying that Azerbaijan started the war? Didn’t the Armenians just open fire on the Azerbaijanis?
