Does anyone have a link to the decision? I don’t really understand how they can compare completely different jobs. A dustbin man job is the kind of manual labour you expect them to be paid quite a bit for what they do.
I can understand if people are doing the same job and getting paid differently, but I’m not sure I really understand when it’s a completely different job.
It would have cost less had we dealt with the problem earlier.
