New mural in my town Voznesensk. My town’s old name during the times when there was a cossacks’ old settlement here was “Sokoly” (translated to English as Falcons). More details about my town, its history being a cossack settlement earlier and the battles for Voznesensk are in comments

It’s a town (I live here) in the Mykolaiv region and you can read about it on [WIKIPEDIA](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Voznesensk).
It was partially occupied by Russians in March 2022 and there were the battles for Voznesensk back then:

Book “[A Small, Stubborn town](https://twitter.com/AndrewWJHarding/status/1671143419198992385)” on my town’s defense against the Russian invaders written by Andrew Harding (BBC correspondent). You can find this book on Amazon.
