Thank you for all of the tips in this subreddit and Cook Like Czechs website was very helpful too. My bf tried this dish while visiting CR and hasn’t stopped talking about it since. He recently got a promotion at work and I surprised him by learning how to make it the best I could in 🇺🇸😊👩🏼🍳. First photo is my attempt, second was one from his visit to Prague!
