I think the story is a bit twisted in the headline. If you look at the article it’s saying UAF is breaking through and now we’re going to need UAF to be better than invaders and deploying reserves effectively.
There’s ambiguity in the headline language as if to suggest UAF has no reserves which is **not** what Estonians have said.
Hopefully by next year summer they will have another 70 000 NATO trained troops or even more. I have not heard much about troop training this year though.
