Hello, I am wondering, how much does heizkosten usually cost in Germany last year?
I just received my letter nebenkostenabrechnung for November to December 2022. Mine is 0,46€ per unit (kwh?). I know it’s skyrocketing but I thought it was around 25 cent per kwh.

In December 2022? Yeah that was a normal price back then. In case you haven’t been reading the news, there was an energy crisis last year and prices wildly fluctuated.
A pipe heat calculation method is applied there (apartments benefit from heat distribution through pipes, which cannot be measured by heat cost allocators).
Therefore, the price per unit is relatively high. The proportion of recorded consumption heat is very low there, and apartments that benefit greatly from unmeasured heat have more units added.
It’s unfortunate, but it looks okay.
Additionally, there are the significantly increased energy costs.

Da wird ein Rohrwärmeberechnungsverfahren angewendet (Wohnungen profitieren von Rohrwärmeabgabe, welche nicht über Heizkostenverteiler erfasst werden kann).
Daher ist der Preis je Einheit Vergleichsweise hoch. Der Anteil der erfassten Verbrauchswärme ist dort sehr gering, und bei Wohnungen welche sehr stark von der nicht erfassten Wärme profitieren bekommen mehr Einheiten hinzugerechnet.
Ist blöd, aber sieht ok aus.
Zudem komme noch die sehr stark gestiegenen Energiekosten.
