Pretty sure it’s just one half German and one half Italian flag. So maybe a German-Italian family lives there or something.
It has green, white ,yellow (or gold),red and black geometric shapes. Unfortunately couldn’t get a clearer image with the full flag.
It’s a mix of German and Italian flag so probably the owner has family in Italy.
