If the business is unaffected by a strike then its not a strike.
You can send a letter HR in vast numbers stating your issues with the business and continue working.
That is basically what the strike law is whittling it down to.
A strongly worded letter.
Spending your free time on strike would be a waste of your time.

The thing is that these sorts of laws will just result in more disruptive strikes.
Striking laws now, whilst not perfect by a fucking long shot, still balanced to some degree disruption and worker support. These new laws will just mean that you’ll wildcat strike if you feel that striking will be your o ly effective measure, or you’ll get more underhanded tactics like mass sick leave
