I saw one of these guys in my home. I’m not sure if there are more, I checked under everything and did not see more, but it’s hard to know.
What should one do in this situation? Email the land lord? What do they do? Maybe I’m overreacting?

Looks like a harmless one. Maybe a Waldschabe that went into the house by accident. Just throw her out and ignore it until you find more. The eat dead plant matter at the floor in the woods and are harmless.
