  1. Tag, you’re it!

    Literally.

We are absolutely going to be doing the same in foreign governments

  2. Badenoch has been on Sky this morning saying that “we shouldn’t see China as a foe”. So nothing will be done to prevent this happening again.

  3. We have seen what happens when you put up trading barriers with our main trading block.

What do you think would happen if we decided to put up more political barriers with the biggest exporting economy in the world.

This is like a poodle barking at Mastiff.

  4. Another Sunak’s blunder. It’s like the government and services got so incompetent, they are now crying that other countries are doing what they are supposed to be doing?

Don’t get me wrong, this is bad, but most countries spy on each other and they don’t go crying like little boys.

Sunak probably got advice from his inept team that this will give him some PR points from his xenophobic far right following, but as always it has backfired.

Rather than crying, Sunak should have put more money into our services so they can have better tools to investigate and expose these things, but I guess they don’t want to do it, as when forces get more funding they will be able to investigate Covid fraud, PPE and other conflicts of interests that are a threat to our democracy and Tories don’t want that.

  5. They do this every so often, claim sunak was some hard man throwing his weight around. I remember they kept claiming he was doing this to lavrov…someone who is genuinely scary.

we have long lost our international sway with brexit and our soft power in the third world. they have all turned to china and russia now
