In Spain, we have a lot of land and sun hours, and it’s a perfect place to build solar power plants. Still, there are ecologists organizations that oppose that. I would never have believed years ago that I would see ecologists going against renewable energies.

They can just use their Russian blood money to import it from abroad, simple fix.
Nimbyism, except when it comes to harbouring wealth of horrible people.
