Years ago I was at a girls basketball game in the Presentation school in Waterford. This guy was one of the officials, I still remember thinking to myself at the time that I would in no way let him near children just based on the look of him alone.
He looked creepy, acted creepy and gave off a weird vibe. People who covered for him should be named and jailed themselves.
