Believe this, had a good friend who quit surgery after a surgeon said “You need to use those hands on me after a night out” mid surgery.
She put in a complaint but they sided with the Consultant, Then bullied but the Consultant after the incident (being sent to wrong rooms and being yelled at for not turning up, Consultant will no longer provide feedback for her training record, her Supervising Consultant is friends with said Consultant and won’t pass her through stage gates…).
She quit to become a Psychologist instead. 6 Years of training down the drain because of that.
