Got a hole in your leg that urgently needs seeing to? Sure pop over to A&E, someone will see you in about 32 hours! Say again? Your son has been on the autism diagnosis waiting list for 6 years? Well, we’ve no record of him at all, try reapplying and hop right back to the end of the queue again while we make a note of it on a post-it note with some crayons!
