Ordered a shirt from the UK, around 1.5-2k CZK. I know its asking me to aprove the value of goods, but how do i do that? I tried calling them but the line cant be changed to english, i tried going to my local česka posta but the woman says she cant talk to the help line using my phone because shes not an “adresse”. Dont even know what the english word means. Im traveling tommorow.
