I have never had this before but in couple of nights black flies became too many in between windows. I can’t open windows and let them go, now they’re insanely a lot. What should I do?

There usually is a way to open windows here. Do you see a metal plate looking thing on the window frame? Usually there’s a key slot behind that and the key is a square shaped rod with a handle. The flies have most likely gotten in through ventilation holes in the frame
This looks like an infestation. Do you have a balcony? Maybe some plants are housing unwanted quests 🤮 can also be indoor plants but I think you would have noticed.
Bad fruit maybe?
Def call the building manager or something.
You can also try to open the window a bit and use vacuum cleaner to suck them. They should die in the process but to be sure you can throw the bag you used in the trash.
