“levelling up” has always been a complete sham, along with that other awful phrase of “northern powerhouse”. Just slogans to pacify voters. But what is Labour *actually* going to do that is any different? Whats the plan? What the policy?
Nothing makes me think an MP looks stupid more than when they think they are cool when they rhyme their words.
