Scam. No one contacting you cold is a trustworthy business, that’s true for text messages, WhatsApp, telegram, iMessage or Phone. Yes, that’s including the phone calls for health insurance and I take great joy in telling them that I only do business with trustworthy companies and that the fact of them cold calling me is a red flag.
