They gave every one a licence it was a small number maybe 700
There was probably only 3,000 waiting the 700 were waiting for more than year
Didn’t they open a load of new driving test centres during the Celtic Tiger?
I think driving instructors may have been employed to do the test.
Really feel sorry for college students these last few years, can’t get accommodation or its extortionate pricing can’t use public transport because it’s shit and can’t access a licence to drive
With the new 90 minute public transport fare there really is little need to drive anymore
