Hello. I just came back from Lidl and found this item in my bill that I haven’t even purchased. It’s my bad I didn’t check it at the spot but is there anything I can do about it now?

  1. You can go there and explain your situation, but if some time has passed it might be difficult to convince them to give you back your money.

    Edit: It might be that they just give you your money back, because that is an easy and rather cheap way to make a happy customer.

  3. I’d find it very strange that you’d have an extra item on your bill. Perhaps wrong translation? Or wrong item? But was the total number of things you purchased the same?
