Our line of thought is that this being brand new housing it should be “safe” to buy if you will as I assume they would need to have all licenses, meet current standards, etc. Then again we don’t know much about anything and we are new here, so I thought if asking here in case anyone here is more knowledgeable and can at least tell me if there are any obviously red flags, if that makes sense….

Building regulations are very strict, so it should be perfectly fine.
