And some of the points they are given credit for in this study are like “not introducing a speed limit on the motorway” where you literally have to do nothing to accomplish it.

Lets be honest: Its the best goverment we had since the Helmut Schmidt/ Willy Brandt era. Kohl era gets some slack for navigating reunion relatively good.
