I visited family last August and we ended up arriving 2 hours late, now the Deutsche Bahn keeps giving this error when ever I try to apply for a partial refund.
Asked support about it and they say that I need to send them a paper form instead.
Why on earth do they have a website form for this purpose that hasn’t worked since august this year (if not longer). Does someone have a tip on how to handle this that doesn’t involve sending a paper letter? (We don’t have a printer)
