That’s a lot of arty in one day — that figure was in the tens until around July, when it jumped up into the 20s and 30s. Ukraine must have gotten new counter-battery capabilities, or, started using them as part of the offensive.
JFC, they are getting smashed rn. Hopefully, ua forces can keep up the pace and score a serious breakthrough in time. Next few weeks may be crucial…

And don’t forget the Su24 that crashed. It doesn’t go on this list, but it’s another plane (and crew) taken out all the same.

Edit: we’re just 111 from 30000 ground equipment! Maybe tomorrow.
Artillery losses remain high, and we’re seeing a real shift to greater and more consistent AA system losses recently.
Remember when tank losses matched artillery relatively closely? Now it’s 30% above. Wonder if tanks are lower as a result of simply being more rare in the field or if it’s just Russia having lost forward momentum on noteworthy offenses.
