Agree with more televised hearings – it does increase public knowledge and awareness.
Judges identities being public – I’m 50/50 on that – any restriction on identifying judges involved in proceeding should remain an exception to be used in very limited circumstances (eg where their personal safety is concerned).
Disagree with the media being allowed access to procedural documents.
