“Jimmy Jumps House, the best hostel in Vilnius” Worst hostel experience ever.(Context on the body text)

I accidentally booked the wrong dates at Jimmy Jumps House Hostel. The day I showed up, the receptionist told me not to worry, as he’d make an exception and issue me a refund as long as I contact Booking.com and cancel my reservation. Then I start getting emails from the hostel that they will actually charge me a cancellation fee, not refund me at all, and they didn’t even let me change the dates. So I got pretty confused and this happened. Imagine if I was from Belarus or “the Stans”😂.
