1. The government reacted to the decision to expel the Russian citizen, head of the Sputnik Moldova office, Vitalii Denisov. According to the Executive, the decision of the Migration Inspectorate is a reasoned one. The institution of which the respective citizen was a member was constantly dealing with informational attacks, with lies, with propaganda and disinformation. The statement was made by the spokesperson of the Government, Daniel Vodă.

   During a press conference, Daniel Voda stated that the Chisinau authorities will not allow the information space to be flooded with false information and malicious content.

   “Authorities have zero tolerance against fake news. Our message is clear, we will continue to protect the interests of the citizens of the Republic of Moldova. It depends on each of us, on the whole society, regardless of the political ideology or the language we speak, not to allow anyone to divide or weaken our country through propaganda and malicious content”, said Daniel Vodă.
