Ukraine, a first in its history and without a navy has destroyed a russian submarine. The destroyed B-237 “Rostov-on-Don” diesel-electric submarine is one of the newest submarines in the russian fleet.

    Russia losing one of its newest subs is significant damage.

    The black sea fleet has lost a sub and flagship. These are not small or insignificant losses.

  9. Unless russians dismantle it, there is a good chance it will remain in Crimea indefinitely, even after russians leave. Can’t really move it…
