Just wondering if anyone has had any experience – good, bad, average – with either [Jem & Fix](https://www.jemogfix.no/) or [Prisklok](https://prisklok.no/)? I’ve found some bathroom innredning at both that fit both my style and budget, but have never heard of either of them before. Jem & Fix appears to be a Danish company, but also have several brick-and-mortar stores in Norway. Prisklok looks to be a Swedish company and, from what I can tell, doesn’t have any physical stores, only warehouses (and online shopping) (“Nordisk firma med lager i Norden).
Prisklok has average reviews on TrustPilot; Jem & Fix has worryingly bad reviews. However, I’m reluctant to put too much weight on what people say on TrustPilot because I don’t totally disagree with the opinion that it is most often those who have a *bad* experience who are likely to submit reviews to these sorts of sites; conversely, people who have great or problem-free experiences don’t generally take the time to do so. (However, anecdotal experience: [Bygghjemme.no](https://Bygghjemme.no) has relatively good reviews on Trustpilot, and I had no problems ordering from them; but [Bauhaus.no](https://Bauhaus.no) has much lower reviews, and in purchasing/ordering from them, there were a few problems.)
Any first-hand info appreciated, and thanks in advance.
