Blume2000 delivery

Hi there! I recently ordered flowers delivery for someone’s birthday. Blume2000 sent them on time as promised, however, DHL failed the delivery for two days in a row, first, just because the shift was over and they did not make it on time, and second because “chosen place is not available” while chosen place was front door 🥲 so DHL put it to the post office with working hours 10-13 on satarday, and the person could take them only on Monday, 5 days after.
I complained to customer service of Blume2000 after DHL did not deliver for the second time and they surprisingly returned the money very quickly. Apparently the flowers got alive after were put to the water and overall were packed quite good to survive the delivery.
What was surprise is just the look of what was ordered and what was sent. I put the photos so you can judge by yourself 😄
I still recommend Blume2000 because the quality and freshness were good, but why do they find it ok to put completely different flowers will be one more Rätsel of German service industry.
