That guy is a creep and very disrespectful about women and their boundaries. I would say that was a non-consensual touch, and should never happen. It might even deserve a slap in response. But calling that “violence” seems like an insult to people who have experienced actual intimate violence.
We had a similar case 2 or so years here in Italy. I guess dumbfucks are everywhere.
I hope he gets prosecuted to the full extent of the law
