Predictable. The Borrel-Laicak duo have been stern in their appeasement policy. Kosovan PM Kurti went in the meeting prepared with a [sequenced written plan](https://twitter.com/albinkurti/status/1702351289311506923) and it was the only written plan submitted in the meeting. Borrel ignored it and to cover for their unpreparedness they brought up a 6 month old draft that was submitted by Serbia, as their own “concession” based plan. The envoys basically held the meeting just to advocate for Serbian ultimatums verbally. Good on Kurti for keeping a principled approach and not succumbing to the charade of the appeasement duo.
