  1. Yes, the gender of the victim should of course be accounted for, otherwise people would come to the conclusion all human life is equal.

    Need to remind these men that they‘re disposable, don‘t we?

  3. “Any murder of a police officer, child under the age of 14, murder of multiple people, or murder committed along with any violent felony classifies as murder with special circumstances. It is punishable with no less than 10 years imprisonment, or a long-term sentence (up to 40 years of imprisonment under Croatian law).”

    So it would fall into this category. I’m just wondering why the age of children is set at 14. Just make it til 18.
