They’re going to be banned. The dog owners and breeders have brought this on themselves.
We’re moving towards some kind of ban, the volume of attacks and level of coverage is too great now. Can’t come soon enough I say, certain breeds are essentially just weapons and are being bought by people for that reason
Everyday. There has been a dog attack reported in the news * every day * for the past few weeks. Not a nip from yappy little dog. But horrendous injuries, and in this case death, from dogs that are bred to fight.
When i was growing up in the 70s, there never seemed to be so many dogs around. There were a few, but it seems now that almost everyone has a pampered pooch, and they are not treated as a dog but a member of the family or as a fashion accessory with designer coats.
UK seems to have gone dog mad over the last couple of decades.
It’s only a matter of time before these monsters are banned.
For me this issue is more dangerous issue than guns or knives in the street. Gun/knife crime tends to be a consequence of mixing with a bad crowd, it’s rarely random and affecting the general public.
These uncontrollable animals can attack anyone at random. This latest incident was by a school so this could have been so much worse.
to any functional government this overwhelming crisis of injuries and loss of human life would be a call to action.
other than Braverman, who in the goverment has said anything about tackling this?
