Hey Guys, we’re currently visiting Dubrovnik, which is a beautiful place to see. We found this stone and have no idea what it says as it’s hard to make out. Can anyone help?
Looks like German (finden, gehen, wandern, lassen – finding, going, wandering, flying).
While hiking in Switzerland, I often came across stones adorned with drawings and the names of their originating Cantons. So you pick up these stones and carry them with you until you reach your hiking destination.
It’s a wonderful concept where stones traverse Switzerland as people carry them along, and I think this is one of those stones. I wish we had something similar in Croatia.

That is not Croatian, Croatian doesn’t have W.
