8. As I remember the fat guy was prosecuted in Moscow for dumbly revealing the location of Russia’s S400’s in Crimea. He posted the pic on social media without erasing the meta-data. There were news stories in Russian and other media regarding that.
   Yet somehow Russians still managed not to move their AA system.
