    I’m all for methods of mindfulness and distressing. However, if the cause of your stress is, say how much it costs to just get food on the table, or afford your mortgage, or how your paycheck doesn’t stretch? Then, this is, at best, a pointless fluff piece. If you end your little meditation to return to the same state of being as before, you’ve achieved no positive change. You’re not burnt out. You’re just burning.
