  3. We trust the Ukrainians to only use the powerful but precise NATO missiles and shells for military targets because it is morally right and it makes good military sense. The Ukrainians have repeatably made this clear this is what they want as well – both by word and deed.

    We expect the Russia empire to continue to target civilians indiscriminately.
