Hi, my ceiling wires look like this and I am trying to install a basic ikea lamp. Now I understand what the four wires mean but what I don’t understand is how to work with the plugs at the end of these wires. Am I supposed to pull these out? The same type of plugs are also present on my ikea lamp wires so how I do connect the two? If you have dealt with these please help and guide about what to do. Thank you.

wago connecters u can lift up the orange plastic lever insert the wire and snap it back watch out for your finger as they snap back quite aggressive. then u can give the cord a little pull to see if its seated properly.
make sure u turn of the fuse in the electricity cabinet
