I visited Belgium (Bruges) recently and had this appletaart. I am now trying to find a recipe to make something similar but from recipe pictures online, can’t find a good match. The filling had almost a crumble texture, with a normal pie pastry on the top. I have tried searching for Flemish and Belgian recipes, but no luck yet. Any tips appreciated!
