nope…
where as the other Western/Southern European countries might have “actual” Belgians living there, being only 1st or 2nd generation emigrants there.. I’m 100% sure all the overseas ones which are claimed in the hundred thousands here, are mostly umpteenth generation “mixed European heritage” citizens there, with only a small actual Belgian ancestry, not even speaking any of our languages anymore..
