Passing Leben in Deutschland Test is generally a requirement for getting Niederlassungserlaubnis. But is this requirement waived for Blue Card holders?
Both Berlin and Munich websites seem not to mention the test in this case:

It was a requirement for blue card holders in Ulm (BW) atleast. I assume other places would have that too.
I had to get it in BW but it is up to the caseworker usually. However I don’t mind since I also need it for my citizenship application next year.
