Letter notes that the Senate Armed Services Committee unanimously approved the Department of Defense sending long-range missiles to Ukraine:^1

Wtf is going on with Biden. It’s almost feels like he wants to give just enough for Ukraine not to fail but not enough for Ukraine to win. Aside from that, Biden has been doing great.
Genuine question, Ukraine already has missiles and now drones that can outrange ATACMS. What is it about ATACMS specifically that people want?
